POLI South Africa Return and Exchange Policy

At POLI South Africa, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. If a client has signed off on a design, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • It is the responsibility of the client/club/team manager/owner to ensure that all sizing of members are correct using our size chart/sample fittings.

 

2. Return and Exchange Process

  • Initiate a Return/Exchange: Contact our customer service team at info@poli.co.za with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
  • Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

 

3. Refunds

  • Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Deductions: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@poli-sa.co.za with your order number and a description of the issue, including photographs if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
