Is there a minimum order quantity that I need order?

Customizing your kit means designing a unique model for each order. This involves printing digital sublimation sheets tailored specifically to your requests.
To keep our prices competitive and accessible for everyone—from small clubs to larger teams—we require a minimum order of 10 pieces per category of “tops” or “bottoms.”
Examples of Grouping for tops and bottoms:
– Tops: Combine 3 short-sleeve jerseys, 3 long-sleeve jerseys, 1 thermal jackets, 2 trisuits and 1 windbreaker to meet the 10-piece minimum.
– Bottoms: Mix 4 men’s shorts, 2 women’s shorts, 1 women’s capri, and 3 men’s long tights for a total of 10 pieces.
Key Details:
– No minimum order is required for any specific model, as long as the 10 items are in the same group (10 tops or 10 bottoms).
– You can include unlimited colors in your design at no extra charge.

Is it possible to have a model mockup before I order?

We know that every club has unique needs for custom gear—whether it’s for cycling, triathlon, trail running, athletics, rowing, or cross-country skiing. That’s why we’re here to help bring your vision to life!
How to Get Started
To begin designing your custom outfit, we require an upfront payment of R3000 (VAT included). Don’t worry—this amount will be deducted from your final order, provided you purchase a minimum of 10 pieces.
OR
Have a confirmed order placed with us – you will need to pay a deposit in order to get the FREE design.
Design Options
You have several ways to create your design:
1. DIY Sketches: Download our templates from each product page and create your design.
2. Work with a Sales Representative: Share your ideas directly with your sales rep, who will fine-tune your request and coordinate with our graphic design team.
Once we receive your input, we’ll provide a design mock-up that you can adjust up to three times.
What We Need from You
– Send us your logos in Illustrator format (.ai) or high-resolution files (300 dpi minimum).

How do I choose the correct sizes?

To help you choose the right sizes for your personalized garments, POLI provides:
– Specific size guides for each product, available directly on the product pages.
– A general size chart for easy reference.
Fitting Sample Service
We understand that sizing can vary across manufacturers, so we offer clubs and associations a free sample fitting service for orders of 10+ pieces.
Here’s how it works:
We will courier it to you at no charge for the first 2 times during an order process, thereafter, normal courier fees will apply.
⚠️ Important: Customized garments cannot be exchanged for different sizes after production, so using this service is essential.

What is the lead/delivery time?
Production and Delivery of Your Custom Outfits
Depending on the time of year, it takes 5 to 10 weeks to produce your custom outfits after you’ve signed off on the model mockup/design. You’ll always be informed of the expected delivery time before placing your order.
To ensure timely delivery, we recommend starting the process early. Several steps must be completed before production begins:
1. Fitting and confirmation of sizes.
2. Speedy acceptance of the quotation and mockup design.
Delivery Process
When your order is ready, our shipping team will contact you to confirm a delivery date.
For International Orders:
Packages are mainly shipped via DHL. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country—please contact us for specific details.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your package is shipped, the transport company will send you an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery progress.
Plan ahead and let us handle the rest to ensure you get your custom outfits right on time!
Can I restock after I've received my initial order?
Restocking service of the same design available for 12 months!
We understand that clubs often welcome new members throughout the year. That’s why we offer a restocking service for your personalized design for 12 months after your initial order is confirmed.
You can reorder starting from just 1 item in your existing design, ensuring that every new member can match your club’s unique style.
*If you need changes to your design with a restocking order – you will have to order 10 items in the same group again in order for our team to draw up a new mockup design.

What is the best way to wash and care for my Poli items?
Maximize the Lifespan of Your POLI Products with These Care Tips!
To keep your POLI garments in top condition and maintain their technical performance, follow these simple care guidelines:
1. Wash Separately: Avoid mixing your POLI garments with other clothing, especially those with velcro or rough textures that might damage the fabric.
2. Secure Fasteners: Close all zippers, hooks, and other fasteners before washing to prevent snagging.
3. Use Gentle Detergents: Opt for a mild detergent designed for synthetic fabrics. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can weaken the technical fibers of your garments.
4. Choose Delicate Cycles: Use a delicate wash program with a maximum temperature of 30°C, or hand wash in cold water for the best results.
5. Skip the Heat: Do not iron your POLI clothes or use a tumble dryer. Heat can cause irreversible damage to the fabric. Do not dry in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
