It is the client's responsibility to check their sizing and final design. POLI SA will not take responsibility for incorrect sizing submitted or miss spelling of surnames wrongly submitted.
Product Return: Manufacturing of the product is done in France. Excluding any legal guarantees, the return of a product is only possible with the prior written agreement of POLI SA. In the case, a credit note will be issued, and this once the returned item has been checked. You are responsible for the cost and the risk of the returned goods. The payment of the product will be retained by POLI SA for any returns refused by us. Product replacements can take up to 8 weeks.
